Here, at Feeling The Healing, we are very excited about the year ahead. We are scheduling new classes and workshops, to help you to kick-start your well-being and fitness this year.
We want you to find the true potential of your health as well as balance in your life. Life isn’t going to get easier unless you take charge; put your body and mind on the path to find balance and harmony.
Balance is at the heart of everything we desire to sustain in our life. That is why everything we teach and practice at Feeling The Healing, is related to the body and mind balance. We all need support and willingness to achieve the goal ahead (health and happiness). At Feeling The Healing, we give the technical and emotional support to reach these goals and sustain them.
We still have some slots available for one to one and small group Holistic Personal Training sessions throughout the week.The Tai Chi class is now well established and will continue to run every Tuesday evening from 19:30-21:00. There are still a few places left for those who wish to join the class.
Due to its popularity, we are opening a New Tai Chi class for beginners, starting from Wednesday 19th Februaryfrom 19:00-20:30. Everyone is welcome, though places are limited. We wish to keep classes small, to ensure the quality of the teaching.

We also welcome our great new Yoga teacher Sasha. Sasha teaches 2 new Yoga classes on Mondays from 9:15-10:30 and 13:00-14:00. Everyone is welcome to join these classes though places are limited.

We are very excited to start 2014 with our well-being workshops.
Tai Chi, Meditation and Holistic Exercise Therapy Workshop.
On the First Sunday of every month, starting from Sunday 2nd February from 10am – 15:00. Everyone is welcome. This workshop is suitable for anyone wanting to learn more about Tai chi, body mechanics and the connection to perception and meditation.
Cost – £40
2014 and Beyond – Health & Well-Being, Body/Mind Balance Discussion, Tai Chi and meditation workshop.
This unique two day workshop, will aim to cover all the different aspects of well-being. It is aimed to give the practitioners an opportunity to see the bigger picture. Covering breathing techniques, meditation, correct movement, posture and alignment, strength and fitness, happiness and fulfillment in life. At Feeling The Healing, we know that all these aspects are interconnected and we will share these connections and insights with you.
We have 3 possible dates in mind for this workshop and will go with the majority. If you are interested in joining, let us know what dates work best for you:
