In this blog we wish to share and refine the understanding of the ‘complete human-being’ and what is needed to become one.

 

We start by saying that Holistic exercise is very different from conventional exercise. To be able to use your whole self/being in exercise, you probably need to grow your understanding of who you are and where that source-energy resides in your body.
